The Master Pump Controller is a pressure controller which senses level of a tank or sump and controls one or two pumps. The Master Pump Controller provides level setpoint control from any tank transducer with a 4-20ma output. The transducer needs to be located to measure static pressure only. Avoid transducer locations with pumping surges. The Master Pump Controller has 4 function keys, 1 system test key, and a enter key. The operator selects the pump setpoint display and inputs level start and stop setpoints, alternation features, and high and low alarm set points.

The Pump Controller has a isolated 24VDC power supply for the 1 analog input. The controller can be setup for pump up (pump in) or pump down (pump out) operation. The transducer can be mounted in the enclosure or be remote. The controller can be easily configured for sewage lift stations, ground water storage tanks, and elevated tanks with a pressure tap on the riser. The operator can force a complete system test and check on all set points and outputs. Unit has built in pump running time counters easily displayed from a front panel button. High and low alarm indicators. Front panel pump 1 and pump 2 seal failure and high temperature indicators. Pump hand-off-auto control switches are provided for each pump. Pump output relays are provided and are rated 10 amp @ 120/230v.
